I'm not a big breakfast eater in the sense of quantity, but I do try to eat breakfast every day. I'll usually have some sort of cereal that is high in iron (like total, some other corn flakes, chex, or the like) along with some almond milk. I actually like almond milk better than regular milk. I do have bacon often, but not for breakfast. Often if I am having a salad for lunch, I will cook bacon along with that, and if I am too lazy, I will add pepperoni as the meat option.
