1) Please don't double post, Hapkido. You can always use the user posted image button to change your post, or add content to it.

2) I think screenshots of all mentioned areas would help dramatically. Once we can see screenshots, I'm sure you'll receive a response much faster. icon_smile.gif

Well, there was a couple of days between posts, andI don't have the areas completely figured. As I've mentioned every once in a while, my quest is still in the planning stages, so I'm not 100% sure this is the levels and such.

Perhaps you could show example screens of what the areas are going to look like. That could work out, and show people what type of areas you have in mind, so they can picture the area, with the midi.

You're right, I'm sorry, I was probably just reading these wrong. I apologize. I'll try to read more carefully in the future.

Indeed, as HL said.

As for the midis, I've only heard about four of those. icon_shrug.gif General pieces of music such as those, while they can convey a mood or emotion, may not match the theme of your dungeon as well as it could. I'd recommend an exaggerated mood piece for that. For a forest temple, I would recommend something soft, that then goes really fast, but then soft again. For a stone temple, I would recommend something like the Metroid Prime Chozo Ruins area, or the Z64 MM Stone Temple theme. (No relation in name intended.) They have a fairly steady beat you may wish to consider. For water themed areas, you may wish something beautiful and graceful, such as the Donkey Kong 3 (2?) Waterfall area... Good luck and such.

Those are some good tunes. You got the In The End midi? Holy crap. That's one of my favorite songs. I'm going to like the music of this game, that's for sure. Only one song out of that list I don't like, and that's Without Me. But good songs, overall. Can't wait to hear them.

Yeah, the only reason I have Without me is because it's an instrumental only. Just the sax part the whole time. Pretty nice for a loop.

That would have been awesome. I thought the Zephyr Song and Can't Stop were pretty good midis although, I can't find them anymore. icon_cry.gif

Don't use Linkin Park, man... I don't want to hear a Linkin Park midi. They rock too much and a midi would not do them justice.

Actually In The End is alright. Pretty good, considering I think a clarinet is used. But it still sounds friggin' awesome.
