What it sounds like, script access to the amount of enemies that can spawn before enemy spawners (walkers, wizzrobes, etc.) stop doing so. This would be useful as a quest-wide value but I can see certain use cases where someone would temporarily lower this limit inside certain rooms (they'd also have to make sure to change the value back if Link dies inside that room). I'd definitely do that in rooms with one Batrobe or such, because it's just insane that it can produce up to 31(?) bats (32 total enemies minus the slot the Batrobe takes up).

This might be useful as a ZQuest GUI option that determines the quest-wide default for questmakers who do not aim to fine-tune the usage as much as me.

MaxNPCs is already readable. I forget whether it's a Game-> or Screen-> value, but you can set it as low as you want or up to a little over 1000.

^ Does not just limit engine summoners, though. This is the HARD npc cap, beyond which no more can spawn.
