It'd be nice if you could disable knockback for individual enemies, for enemies that aren't supposed to hurt you but are supposed to be hurtable (for example the big Stalfos minibosses in LA and aLttP).

 

Also, allowing enemies to be spawned by script/custom combo types/flags/rooms might also be nice. Dunno if that's as useful, though.

 

EDIT: to be clear, disable knockback on Link; if Link walks into the enemy, he shouldn't be knocked back. Although disabling knockback on the enemy itself would also be nice.
