I read an article on Gizmodo saying that whatever you create on Google Chrome, belongs to google.

I don't really think that's fair, so I'm not ganna Google Chrome.

But really, Google has some nice ideas to make themselves more "richer".

It looks more like they didn't bother to craft a new EULA for Chrome and just copied and pasted one used from one of their other services.

Besides, we've already got a good freeware bare-bones WebKit-based browser and it's called Safari. You might have heard of it. Chrome looks like something I don't really need, want, or think I would use.

Not to mention the non-Google-branded version of the browser called Chromium. Google it. icon_biggrin.gif

The article's been updated.

Update: It was a copy & paste mistake, apparently, and the offending language is being removed as we speak. Thanks, Googe!

Yeah, I knew it was wrong somehow; If you read the comic explaining Chrome's mechanics, they encourage (or provoke, you could say) you to use parts of the browser without worry or even credit.

Glad that's been fixed icon_smile.gif

Ahh, Mr. Gregory, my Prob&Stats teacher, explained it to me... apparently they copy-pasted a legal document (thinking, you know, one legal document is just the same as another) so that's where that came in... ah, okay.

As far as I'm concerned, a browser without NoScript and Adblock Plus is not a browser worth using.

Other than that, though, it does look pretty neat.
