do you know a good free place to upload file ?

What  type of files do you want to share?
...and should they be  public or just for a special group of users?

If you mean just to upload a file to a site in general, Dropbox is what I use.

i just try dropbox and a down see and you need  for share to specified with who you share with a email ...  a don't see a place for do a link share  bagui think is for public share

I would zip compress the folder and load it up on dropbox
...that's definitly the easiest way

i have done to put regular file on dropbox but i not able to share it

and i don't see  how to put zip file

 

 

and the person who when le file need dropbox to take it?

create a folder on your pc, including all relevant files.
select the folder (if you use windows the should be the option to release (and compress) it by zipping.
Open dropbox in your browser, create a new folder.
...open it, drag and drop the new zip.file from your computer.
go back to former, parental direction.
there sould be a share button -beside the new dropbox folder
chose to share by link.
you'll get a link you can copy and share.
Everyone who has this link is enabled to view and download all (zip) files, from this dropbox folder.

Dropbox is probably the best free one. There is also Google Drive, and Google Docs, and you just need a Google account. If you just want to share pictures, or screenshots, Imgur is okay, but you can also still use Dropbox. You can also just make a discord server for yourself, and upload pictures, and files under 8MB there as well, and link to them.

 

You can share them from Dropbox with a link like Bagu said, if you go to the three dots, click share, and at the bottom, you can create a link.

Does yours look like this? Also make sure you are using regular Dropbox, and not "Dropbox Business".
