Also, not related to the cutscenes, in the actual game after that link can't walk to the right (he can't move from screen 00 to screen 01 for an example)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

no it is walkable, and also, if i walk one screen to the left, it won't let me walk right, its happening across the whole dmap i think.

 

do you know any solutions for this?

Is the dmap you warp to shifted to the point where Link is off the dmap? If so, might want to consider checking the dmap and ensuring the screen you warp to is in bounds of the dmap.

the dmap is overworld, so all screens count.
