Only if it's under warranty, which typically lasts a year after initial purchase of the console before it expires.

You're probably best off calling up Nintendo reps and asking them yourself, or googling around to see what other people have been saying.

I ended up using the bubblewrap parcel the Post Office provides (after I wrapped my Wii up in my own Bubble Wrap!) The parcel ended up being about 13 to $15
