Item carries over flag for items

I suggested this on discord for the sword but I think it should a universal item flag.

basically items do not reinitialize on screen scrolling, but not for doors, stairs, and warps

 

this would fix the issue where link is charging his sword and moves off screen and the sword resets.

I don't know what you mean by `reinitialize`. That isn't at all how this works.

The sword is handled by an internal mess of code, which is why there have been so many issues with it. It is directly tied to Link, his direction, and position.

AFAIK, it isn't possible, because of how the sword is coded.

 

Unless it would carry properly with all sprites carrying over, in which case I have requested that very feature (as an option for `WarpEx`) from Zoria.

@Zoria, what do you think about this?

Far more trouble than it is worth. It's probably easier to force off by script than in the link.cpp stuff. i feel as if i have already fixed the aforementioned bug, too.

I don't want to force it off but keep the sword in the same state while scrolling to the next screen. only allow this option for all items instead of just the sword.
