ZC (Zelda Classic) 2.50 zelda-w fullscreen help please

I know with ZC 2.53 zelda-w can successfully be fullscreen to play a quest.

You want zc.cfg, or just use zlaunch.exe and select fullscreen. Whether or not it works depends on your OS, graphics chipset, and drivers. If it fails, you can enable DXGL in ZLaunch and tinker with its settings, or download the full DXGL from https://dxgl.org, and use that.

 

 

 

P.S. There are now three separate config files: ag.cfg is used by ROMView and IIRC, by ZCL, whereas ZC Player and ZQuest Editor use zc.cfg and zquest.cfg, respectively. This prevents conflicts when running programmes simultaneously that access the config files, that were common in prior versions, such as ZQ overwriting ZC settings. 

 

@Mods: This is a help topic and is in the wrong forum. IDK if it belongs under ZQ Help or somewhere else: That is a judgement call but it is not quest discussion.
