When I right click on a tile and scroll through
Type:
I eventually see
Script 1
Script 2
Script 3
Script 4
Script 5

When I go to
Screen
Screen Data
S.Flags 2
I see
General Use 1 (Scripts)
General Use 2 (Scripts)
General Use 3 (Scripts)
General Use 4 (Scripts)
General Use 5 (Scripts)

How do I effectively make and use
Script 1
Script 2
Script 3
Script 4
Script 5
etc. please? Thank you ;) ; )

These do nothing by default, but can be used in scripting by checking Screen->ComboI , ComboF, and ComboT. I and F are for flags, while T is for combo types. The screen flags are slightly more complicated to check, and I don't recall exactly how at the moment, not do I have access to the files at the moment. You can check stdfunctions.zh and stdconstants.zh as well as zscript.txt for all of the scripting documentation, which answers a lot of questions as to how to do things.
