I'm sorry, but I am not really understanding your question. It sounds like English is not your first language, but I don't know for sure.
To answer what I think you are asking: Version 2.11 is already out, but it consists only of beta releases, and there are no stable releases of 2.11. The next betas that followed are currently of 2.5, so when a stable release finally comes out, it will be at least 2.5, not 2.11. You might also want to check out this site for better information on versions of Zelda Classic: armageddongames.net.
For specific information about the most recent beta releases, look in this topic.
