Hiya! so, I'm using Moosh's newbie item script for my quest, and I'm loving it so far- but I ran into issues when trying to use the orbiting projectile shield weapon type to activate triggers.

It will activate the trigger when I’m standing right on top of the bottom half of the combo

-rather than activating the trigger when it gets hit by a projectile like you’d think it would.

Is this just a limitation of the script, my quest version (2.53) or am I just doing something wrong?

 

Worse comes to worst I’ll just use enemies instead of triggers. Thanks!

Yeahhh I'm thinking this might be a ZC bug. ZC is only accounting for the weapon's position, not its hit offsets. So the weapon is being created at Link's position but being offset away from him so it can travel offscreen without being destroyed. And I'm pretty sure this bug is still present in the current version of ZC. Fuuuuun.
