I just loaded up the new preview video for the DW Quest project...

70's/80's "Retro Look" office room tiles (almost) completed
...spooky flickering light feature.

(nothing difficult... just a little addition of LOVE :)

Hell, I love the perspective on the interiors, and this looks very promising as well. I'll be keeping an eye out on your project. ;)

I know next to nothing about Doctor Who, but I love these interior sections and on the whole this quest looks very intriguing. Definitely keeping an eye on this one.

 

Any particular reason the Doctor's skin looks like a pale green in his player sprite though?

No, I have to overwork the palettes.
The green shade accidently happend.

I guess I fixed that palette error
...red-green is a bit difficult for me, sometimes ...because of deuteranopia (red-green weakness).
("DEUTERANOPIA" ...sounds like a good quest ;) )

I also added some "click point flair" npc script ffcs.
...so, The Doctor can check almost everything on the screen.

Gonna use this for many puzzles.

Ah I see. I wondered it if might've been that, but your color choice has been otherwise pretty standard. Coulda fooled me that it was just a stylistic choice to give the quest a more eerie atmosphere. :P

 

Click points seem neat. I do love me some obsessive environment interaction.
