[Nightmare]

Status update:

 

The council has initiated a vote to excommunicate the 3rd Quest post Version 2.55 because of the fact we cannot locate AlphaDawg and adjust the difficulty or restore it to the original version.

 

If anyone in the ZC community wants to voice their opinions, either for or against, please speak here or in the ZCO Discord thread about your thoughts.

 

If this eases any fears, AlphaDawg will always be remembered as the winner of the 3rd Contest and will not be struck from history as an influential creator.  If a vote is taken for a replacement contest, he will have instant access to the finals past any preliminary rounds.

 

EDIT:  If the 3rd is excommunicated it will be preserved in the PureZC Database and ZC.com database as "retired".

 

EDIT 2:  Any "retired" version WILL include the Whistle jinx edit; and if possible and completed,,a variation of 10th Enemy has the Bomb as voted upon by the community

Vote results in, and the 3rd Quest vote was overwhelmingly (but not unanimously) for excommunication and being retired.

 

The agreed on fixes will be implemented before being officialy retired and the exact removal date is in Emily's hands.  A replacement plan will be discussed at a much later date, likely after Cambria is completed.
