[The Satellite]

Recently, I had the strangest idea to take the list of so-far confirmed levels for Sonic Generations and go play through their original iterations, as well as commentating on them. Using CamStudio, so guaranteed issues in places. Either way, I only had equipment to record the Genesis games on an emulator, so I figured I'd stop there. But my friend Animus01 stepped in and offered to record the extra levels with me commentating as a guest. The series isn't complete yet, obviously; not all console and 3DS levels are confirmed. For example, all Genesis-era bosses that get confirmed (like Big Arm) I'll be recording when that's announced; same for any extra stages/bosses in the Dreamcast/Modern Era. Plus, Animus does not currently own '06 nor Colors.

Now, this is my first time doing any sort of thing like this, so that's why they're boring at parts, and why I fail in places I shouldn't fail in. And I'm quiet in the Dreamcast videos, but in the later two videos we've recorded, I'm not as quiet. Which may be a good thing, lol. Anyways, I felt like putting these up for the hell of it, so... If you're interested, have at it. And I'm willing to hear any tips or anything else you guys might have for me as well. So... there ya go.

Heh, shoulda seen this coming. Anyways, after a while of neglect, I finally remembered to add Seaside Hill and Rooftop Run to the list. Since then, there have been two other videos added; Radical Highway was recently confirmed for Generations 3DS, and me and Animus recorded that one. I have also recorded Stardust Speedway from the European version of Sonic CD (I had meant to play through it again and wanted to hear the different soundtrack) and added it. Was gonna have Death Egg from Sonic 2 and Sonic & Knuckles and lost the recording, so I devoted time to this and an LP instead.

Okay, update done. Have fun with these, guys.

Hey, thanks. Wow. I certainly let this thread go. Thanks for updating it so I was reminded; there are three new vids that were added a while back I forgot to add: Death Egg Zones (Sonic 2 and Sonic & Knuckles both), Crisis City, and Evil Foundry for the hell of it even though no Secret Rings levels will be in Generations. First one was just me, though I wanted Animus to join in but we couldn't cuz my laptop sucks. The last two were by Animus with me guest commentating as usual. And I did some rearranging; Stardust Speedway is now an extra and Seaside Hill was moved to the Dreamcast Era, since the final game treats it as a game from that era.
