Today isn’t 1 Apr. Now I show it, still rough, though.

・It was made for ACT, ARPG, RPG especially JRPG
・It should apply like a guideline or loosely apply

Type A Game - It aspires to be good entertainment, it puts emphasis on story, graphics, game system and music. Battle and puzzle difficulties are set for a wide range of players or set multiple difficulty settings. Additionally, putting extra things (super boss, optional very hard dungeon) is better for hardcore players.

Type B Game - It aspires to be hardcore game, it puts emphasis especially on hardcore gameplay. But nowadays it shouldn’t play down the impact of music and especially graphics. Dark atmosphere tends to match like Dark Soul in many cases. But for instance Cuphead has unique graphics, it’s a rare case, though. As for difficulty, nowadays it tends to be set multiple difficulty settings. Also, without multiple difficulty settings, its’ a good way to appeal for hardcore players like many FromSoftware games. Game system should depend on game play, for example the complex system doesn’t match with old school type games.
