Eh... the movie (I'm assuming you mean the anime OVA) wasn't all that great. I mean I did make a parody of it but it never really left any special feelings in me. Though I did like the design style, just not the human characters. SatAM is much better. But I'll give the movie this: It's way better than Sonic X.
Also yes, the lack of a SatAM Season 3 makes me all
Yeah thats the one OVA, the movie, I thought was pretty good except the voice acting was kinda off <_<, And I gotta hand it to Ova, the design was pretty good, Overall i was pleased with it, its good for that Nostalgia Smack in the face for me.
But SonicSatAM Hits me harder with a brick of nostalgia O_O The show is just so dang good, Unlike SonicX that series kinda sucked! badly.

Sonic Unleashed (Wii)
First thoughts
Well, from the name its sounds like a game where sonic is well, unleashed, but as I look at the box its looks pretty fun, I mean we have a warehog on the front of the box.
Story 6.5/10
Hm... Some stuff happens sonic goes all primeval, he finds himself with this annoying little character, refereed too as (Chip), the chaos emeralds, lost they power, and they go out to revive them or somthing, I did'nt really follow it that much, I mean I watched the screens of whats happening.
Game-play and Controls Sonic day stages, 7.0/10 Warehogs stages 1/10
Okay well this is a sonic game, You'll probable say "Ventus all sonic games are the same!", well this not the case, the game is fun in some spots, like Sonic's Day stages, they are pretty fun, Then you got the Warehog stages, which plays a lot slower, and you have to fumble the controls just get him to attack, or do anything, he moves all Clunky, I was very disappointed, in the warehogs controls, they were just horrid..., But the normal sonic controls was pretty good.
but another annoying, is the stages are out of balance, You get way too many warehog stages which in my opinion, is boring.
It would've been better if they would've balanced it out better for the wii, but they did'nt.
Graphics 5.0/10
well the graphics could've been better, I know the wii can put out more then the graphics I seen in this game, Sega It wouldn't killed you to make the graphics look better?, Its like you are playing A ps2 almost...
Other thoughts
Hm... This game had a lot of issues, The boss's were pretty d#$% hard if I say so, Heck the final boss is the hardest thing I've ever fought O_O, And On top of that, the wii controls ruined it, shake the wii-mote to do the homing attack, and all that, makes the game overall tiring...
Final thoughts...
hm.. Its a good game but, it has lots of problems, but its still fun, I would say if any one wanted to play the wii version, just rent it or something,
Final Score 6.8/10
Well there you have it, A review of sonic Unleashed (Wii), I'll be doing a review Of Sonic Colors very soon, And sorry about bumping this topic.

Ya know, your review of Unleashed Wii reflects my thoughts pretty well. Now, since you've played it, I'd strongly recommend you try to 360 version of the game, as it's insanely better. Almost all your complaints are gone in that version. Better graphics, better werehog controls, better werehog stages, MUCH more daytime levels, you name it.
Really interested in seeing your review of Colors. I personally despise the game, but I wanna see what you have to say about it.
Yeah I'll Probable be getting the xbox360 version soon, it sounds a lot better, And with out further ado, heres my Review Of
Sonic Colors
First Thoughts
From looking at the box, It looks very shiny, Colorful, and over pleasing box to look at, Now enough cheering on the pretty box.
Story 6.9/10
Well, theres not much of a story here, but Sonic And tails are on another crazy adventure, this time to eggman's intergalactic amusement park, and he says he wants to make up for what he did...YEAH RIGHT!, Thats a kinda lame to start the game...
Game-Play & And controls 9.8/10
I have to say I was quite Sceptically, at first, I thought useing the wii-mote to play this was going to be a hassle, but... its pleasing too say It wasn't, the Controls was pretty dang good, I was using the Default, Hold the wii-mote sideways, and surprising, it works pretty well,
You just have to shake the wii mote to use the color powers thats all!, which is nice, Overall I loved the way this game played,.
Onto some other game-play, The levels, I really enjoyed the levels they were pretty fun, except the ones with the moving spring platforms...Annoying, okay onto the main neat little power ups you use.
Wisps, they are, well aliens duh, you know sonic had to call them something,
White Wisp
This one is the most common one you'll find, It gives you a boost, if you press the 1 button, Sonic's speed will greatly increase, I liked this one pretty much.
Cyan Wisp
Hm... this was annoying, if didn't aim right at all you would just shoot off screen so fast, the camera couldn't even keep up...I didn't like this at all...
Yellow Wisp
Oh boy, this was pretty much fun to use I liked this one too.
Blue Wisp
Blue wisp...deep breaths, its just stupid... thats about it there...
Green wisp
another crappy one, I hated it the most...
Orange Wisp
Was alright, but didn't find many areas you could use it...
Pink Wisp
Well I'll say this, this works better in this game did it did in sonic genrations,
Purple Wisp
It was alright...
Okay enough blabbing on about the wisp, The dialog, hm... was alright, but a lot cheap crap puns really ruin some cut screens :\.
Bosses, hm.. the game had some way too easy boss's but they was fun to fight.
and you don't want to get me started on the red star rings!!, There is way too many and it takes for ever to get them all, heck I'm still trying to find them, Thats the only thing i hate about this game other then Cyan Wisp.
Graphics 10/10
I admit the graphics look great,
Overall score!!...9.8/10
Final thoughts
Well Its a pretty good game short sweet, Funny, pretty great gameplay, not much more you can ask for on the Wii, In terms of a Sonic game, I say If you wanna buy it, go for it!, Its pretty cheap now like 17.99, which is a good deal, Not the only thing I see putting some people off is some of the bad dialog, but othe then that, Its deceit.
There you have Sonic colors Review, by Ventus I hope you enjoyed reading it.

Story:
At least the story is present in this game. Eggman pretends to show remorse by building a giant interstellar amusement park, but it turns out it's really a trap to collect the beings known as Wisps, who possess strange powers, to use to convert to Nega Wisps that will power his mind-control machine, which he wishes to use to take over the world. It's an interesting story, but it's limited by terrible dialogue; you'll want to stop caring about the story and start skipping the cutscenes with how bad the writing is in this game. The only redeeming moments are where the game actually gets serious; Eggman managing to possess Tails briefly and when Sonic and Tails discover the plant that's converting the Wisps to their Nega forms. Those, and the dialogue with Eggman is actually incredibly amusing, though Cubot tends to grate. Also an interesting note for you: While Sonic and Tails are suddenly idiots in the English script, the Japanese script has them retaining their personalities from Sonic Unleashed and before. I'd much rather have that script.
7/10
Controls:
The only complaint I had about Unleashed's controls were that behind-the-back running was too loose and drifting didn't help at all. But instead of improve that in Colors, they made it worse. That's right, Sonic's even more slippery in Colors than in Unleashed and even more impossible to control. They even messed up the 2D segments, which were perfect in Unleashed; in Colors, they're too floaty and it's easy to miss a jump. Also, double-jump was a terrible way to compensate for this, and removing it in Generations was a genius idea. The absolute worst part, however, is they removed key techniques and limited them to specific segments; you can only drift in specific areas, same for side-stepping. Then comes the Wisp controls, which are a mixed bag, but I'll get to those in "Features."
4/10
Level Design:
Some of the absolute worst in the series, Sonic '06 included. Remember how in Unleashed, in the 3D segments, you had enemies to burst through, obstacles to avoid or traverse, etc.? Say goodbye to that, as Colors strips these down to incredibly bare segments where the enemies are minimal as well as the obstacles. There are only a few segments that actually ask you to do something more than move left and right, and even then they're not very fulfilling. Then the 2D platforming segments... are way too plentiful, too slow, way too repetitive. Then the focus around the Wisp powerups... it's very painful, and not all that clever, mostly because the majority of the Wisps were terrible. Things brighten up a small amount around Asteroid Coaster, but not by much and by that time, you'll have wanted to shoot yourself in the head. Or play any other Sonic game; they're much better than this one.
5/10
Features:
The new powerups in the game are the Wisps, strange aliens with weird powers that allow you to pull off a variety of new moves to reach new places. Good concept in theory, but the execution was terrible almost universally; for a good example of how they worked, see the DS version. For a bad example, see this entire game. The only Wisps that truly opened up any possibilities were the drill, spike, cube, and laser Wisp. The drill only met half its potential. The spike was a terrible execution. The cube was actually pretty neat and introduced some nice puzzle concepts, and the laser was my personal favorite for some reason, even though in the end, it was underutilized. In fact, the entire game just felt like one big experiment, and a failed one at that. I mean really, Generations reused the spike and rocket Wisps, and made them both out to be better than any Wisp in Colors (but the Spike's reliance got annoying). What's worse is that the Hover Wisp strips you of your light dash and limits it to this Wisp, and it's terrible; I'd make the same complaint about the Spike Wisp taking away the spin dash, but it was already missing in Unleashed. While on the topic of Wisps: White Wisps as "boost currency" (as I just now made up and will call it from now on) is terrible. There aren't enough White Wisps and therefore boosting is sparser than it should be. The boost itself feels stiff and... not fast at all, unlike how it felt in Unleashed.
Aside from this, there's the Sonic Simulator, a collection of gameland levels based somewhat upon levels from the Genesis Sonic the Hedgehog. As long as you approach these as you should: As a simple, fun mini-game experience, you'll be pleased, and they can actually be pretty fun; better than the main game, I'd say. I have yet to play two-player mode beyond a few minutes of it, but from what I can tell, it doesn't work as well as playing them in single-player mode. There's also the unlockable Super Sonic, acquired by collecting all red rings and completing all 21 Sonic Simulator levels, and he has infinite boost, invincibility, faster speed and a higher jump. The only downfall is a terrible four-second loop song that kills the fun, and you can't use Wisps while as Super Sonic.
6/10
Music:
Music has always been integral to Sonic games, and, despite a game's quality, the music itself has almost always been topnotch. ... not so in Colors. There are a handful of delightful tracks, such as Tropical Resort, Aquarium Park, and the final boss's second theme. Then there are others that will just grate on your nerves, such as Sweet Mountain. The 8-bit versions of the level songs played in the Sonic Simulator are neat to listen to, though, and the rest of the soundtrack is decent. Passable, but not by much. The main theme will heavily depend on your tastes; I personally came to enjoy it after a while, but it's easy to see why some people would dislike it. Colors just seemed to bring everything down, even the one constant: The music.
6/10
Replayability:
It seems to be replayable at a glance: Five red rings hidden in each level that you find to unlock Sonic Simulator levels, which leads to unlocking Super Sonic. That, and collecting all S-ranks. Doing this, however, is very, very annoying. Red rings are hidden in the most arbitrary locations to the point that exploring to look for them isn't even fun, it feels like a chore. S-ranking every stage is difficult, and not even worth the effort. There are no rewards for S-ranking every stage, and once you unlock Super Sonic, you would think that, for having to go through all that ridiculous effort for unlocking him, you'd at least get to do something special. Nope, you get a "free unlimited boost" Sonic with, as mentioned above, a horrible four-second loop. So yes, the game is "replayable," but is it enjoyably so? Absolutely not.
2/10
Overall:
Overall, I don't really see how fans and critics alike can praise this game so highly. It's a really cheap game full of cheap tactics, cheap deaths, terrible and repetitive level design, and horrible controls. I admit I enjoyed it at first but then the joy started to wear off about midway through, and as I looked back, I really don't see what I liked about it anymore. Unleashed was vastly superior to this game, night stages included. Then came Generations, which completely blew this game out of the water and yet isn't as highly-reviewed. It makes me wonder if everyone who played this game and loved it was tripping on the same stuff Sega was on when they made it. Either way, I would never recommend this game; instead, play the DS counterpart, which is easily the far-superior version.

Although the reason I love it so much is probably because I can play Sonic Boom on every level.

Except that I actually liked Black Knight.
DOES THIS MEAN THAT YOU LIKE '06? AM I NOT ALONE?
As far as 3D Sonics go, I like most of them. Adventure wasn't so good, but Sega's expemt cuz it was their first experiment in 3D (that was released). Heroes... good idea, bad execution. Black Knight had potential, but I didn't like it too much; it was just too much running in straight lines and fighting enemies. The levels were too bland, but everything else about the game (Music, graphics, story, etc.) was good. And Colors... I'm gonna write a whole review on it, but basically, I'll watch whoever had the idea for it burning in eternal flames as I laugh, having finally had my vengeance.
... Ignore that last bit.
This might be the greatest Sonic-related post ever.
