Config file only has ZQuest stuff. Why is ZC not saving to it?

Oh hey it finally happened.

Nice to see it happen, even if I still feel bad for not involving myself in the end...

I'm with Jman in being late to the party. But even with all the new enhancements, I don't think Lost Isle 2 will be made in it. The concept is a bit too ambitious for ZC constraints and even with scripts could be a hacked job in the end. So it'll have to remain in my head for now. But congrats on the release. Maybe I'll make an ugpraded 9-level standard quest with new features just for kicks and giggles one of these days.

Ok, guys. Sorry I'm late to the party. I had to scrounge around trying to find an elusive heart piece before I had enough hearts to get past your doorman...

I noticed it said that 2.5 was recommended with Windows Vista or higher. I'm still running XP Home. Will I have any issues?

Also, my antivirus has banned ZeldaClassic's web page because it had deemed it a malicious site. Any other way I can get this download without linking to it? Should I even bother since I'm still running XP?

Probably not. It worked fine when I was on XP.

You shouldn't have any issues with it, really.

The site that hosted ZC used to have viruses, but it's clean now. If your antivirus is blocking it, just disable the antivirus for five minutes and download it.

This is wrong (I use XP after all). It should work with older windows as well.

I'll have it fixed. Thanks.

Yes, there should be no reason why the site should be giving off any warnings.

Congrats. I am glad to see that 2.5 is finally released. It has killed me in the past... But I am glad it is released. Which means now, more games from Shoelace!!! icon_biggrin.gif

So, did my first test on my game on 2.5 and I noticed push blocks are not working properly. When pushing a block up or down you can walk through the solid block while it is being pushed! This is done with 8-way walking. Am I setting up block puzzles wrong, or is this a bug? I showed a couple of people and they agreed it is a bug. Is there anyway of getting this fixed as block puzzles are kinda important. ._.

Can you explain how to reproduce this bug, as I just tried it and didn't see it happen.

Link us to the quest, perhaps. Do you have a copy of the quest before it was ported to 2.5?

It's not just his quest. This has been a bug in all 2.5 builds. If you stand slightly to the left of a block and push it downward you will walk through the block. I think there are other ways to perform this glitch but I really don't remember them. I think this is just because push blocks don't retain any of their properties when being pushed but I'm not sure. Enemies projectiles also go through blocks when they are being pushed even if you place block all projectile flags on them.
