The first is simply out-of-the-box setting fullscreen in ZClassic. The second is after I f***ed around with it a bit (including trying your suggestion). I never DID manage fullscreen, but "resx" and "resy" actually work on mac now, so that was a suitable workaround. If something similar exists in ZQuest's ag file, then this bug becomes MUCH less critical for me.

My cursor disappeared from the subscreen, and didn't re-appear after a restart. I had to start over my (thankfully new) save file because of it.

I only had one item, with ID 0. Before it disappeared, I changed said item from button B to button A.

EDIT: Okay, it re-appeared when I got a second item. I'd still like it fixed to prevent panic, though.

I brought this up before, but would it be possible to stop the auto-save prompt from popping up and asking for input? It's really distracting, and I don't see the need for it to require you to press a button.

Really, I think it should do it in the background, but I guess that would be difficult to do. icon_frown.gif

You could use the scale setting, although that only affects small mode.

Irritating how often fixing a problem causes exactly the same problem to appear in different circumstances... icon_razz.gif
I'll get that fixed.

Sure, might as well.

*tries it*

Oh! Hey...Is "small mode" simply the new name for the old ZC GUI (disappeared when 2.5 was in development)? I'm rather fond of that one. This may actually be a legitimate workaround, as "scale" now works, just as you said.

Probably not, honestly.

Any particular reason why it was changed? I really liked being able to quickly scroll through flags.
Haha disregard that I just realized the trick is still present. icon_razz.gif

Very minor bug:

Create a new combo alias. Copy it from a previous one. (Suppose a 2x2 tree with its top half on layer 3 and a full layer 0 regiment.) When it copies to the new combo alias slot, layer 3 won't be available until you go back into Properties and hit okay/enter, even though it copied the full data from all other aspects of the first combo alias.

Hey, is it worth upgrading to this version (or the RC3.1 fix thing) from RC 2.5.? I've read through the entire thread, but I'm still not 100% satisfied this is better. icon_confused.gif

Is it just me or is the swimming hit detection still buggy? I recall getting stuck in a pool of water in my quest during testing...

It may well be. If you can pin down a problem, I'll take a look at it.

is there a reason why music doesn't work when i save it on to my computer? I saved it in a zelda classic folder on my desktop. and added a new folder for the rc3 in there. and music doesn't work on the player in zquest and my loaded music doesn't work in zelda classic.

all music doesn't work. the soundplayer is busted for the program. i am able to load music but it doesn't play the music in zquest or zc on my speakers. does this for all quests.

Can you listen to music on your computer, like Youtube or iTunes? It might be your computer, or it's settings.
