A most excellent quest. Thanks jerome for the tip... (I actually figured it out shortly after posting), but it's the thought that counts. Anyways, I finished in about 10 hours 45 minutes. Not overly challenging, but fun nonetheless.

I downloaded you quest and when I tried to extract the zip it said file damaged or corrupt. It doesn't look like anyone else had this problem since they are playing it. Can you please check it out? I'd like to play it. Thanks

I've gotten thru three levels. Have Metal sword, wooden 'rang, hammer, medium wallet, bow and arrow, raft, power glove and magic book. I can't figure out what to do with the yellow crystals. Nothing I have seems to effect them (one in Village and one in Level 4). What do I need for these and where do I get it?

Well Downloaded this yesterday and didn't had any of those mentioned problems
Also is working right (I use Firefox, I don't use any download accelerator)

I must be really stupid, where is the first sword or boomerang?

To get the sword, you are going to need to find some hidden money to buy bombs. After you find around 20 rupees or something, head west to the forest area. There's a guy in a tree trunk shop that sells bombs. Bomb some rocks that are in your way somewhat back to the west of there and it should lead you to the wooden sword. I think the boomerang is a level 1 item, I can't remember for sure on that though.

I'm stuck. I've finished the 1st 3 levels and have the hammer, boomerang, red candle, ladder, hookshot and arrow. I know where the bow is in the village but can't find a way to get it. It looks liek I would be able to go anywhere in or around Level 4 without it. - Any help would be appreciated.

I also noticed that others have found the raft, magic book, and power glove. Can you give a hint where these are? Can the rock blocking the bridge to the west of of the opening screen be blown up with a regular bomb or do I need a super bomb?

I am having the same problem as Jerome did earlier. I cannot get past the room in Level 3 that leads to the boss door. I have tried standing everywhere and pushing every way possible, and I just keep getting warped out of that room. I am beyond frustrated. Could someone please tell me exactly where to stand and how to do it? Thanks!

The magic boomerang is in the 4th dungeon. The superbombs can be be purchased in the village but you need the wand first.

You need the hookshot and fire to get the bow. The house is in the field. Then you can kill the Gohma in frostpoint
