Hmm... is there any way to disable the mouse pausing ZC with scripting? I know there's the ZC option, but if a quest uses the mouse, that option is just counterproductive.
^^^Second this. I am building a quest that uses the mouse significantly and many people don't know that the Click to Freeze option is there and even if I mention that they turn it off there's no guarantee they will read it anyway(if it's in a readme.txt or something). It'd be nice to make the quest turn off that option at least temporarily.

If I'm making a quest that uses the mouse, the option is pointless. It might actually turn some people who don't know about the ZC option away from the quest. SUCCESSOR's demo was a good example of that since someone didn't know about the option.
But, beyond that, I actually trust the ZC developers. If they think it would be too big of a deal to add, I'll drop it.

I'll look into it, though. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Eh, I think it's not needed. Why implement a new feature, and risk the bugs that go with it, because an idiot's too stupid to read the readme and can't figure out why the game doesn't work? There's already a ZC option, and that's good enough.
Tell that to a person who might upload such a quest and gets stuck with a terrible rating because 5 people went "Mouse freezes screen: 0 stars!"

Russ, Eury, everyone else... look, I understand. You want 2.5 released. I do too. Trust me. I wouldn't suggest anything that I feel is useless, detrimental, or time consuming for the devs to make. For this exact instance, this was obviously a bug. It was an unforeseen side effect of a feature that negatively effected quests. How is that not a bug?
But even still, ZC production is up to the ZC devs. I'm sure they want 2.50 released more than the rest of us. However, they're doing something I completely respect and appreciate: they're trying not to give us a half-baked version of Zelda Classic. If they choose to dismiss features, it's because they honestly see it as too time consuming or troublesome to be worth it, and they can judge that a lot better than the you or I. So just trust them on that. If they decide to add something in, deal with it. If they don't, then I'm sure there's a good reason for it.

SUCCESSOR, Saffith already said he would try to fix it, so there was no reason to bring it back up when people obviously didn't want it fixed.
Sorry, I didn't notice anyone but Russ saying he didn't want it done. I was just stating why I felt it would helpful. I didn't think I was being a nuisance.

Correct wrapping.

Wrapping is not working correctly since I was holding B to skip before this even popped up. This also happens if I press B while the string is actually typing out.
