What's supposed to be in the big chest surrounded by hammer blocks in the village house? It sounds like i pick something up but nothing looks different.

Slash the big chest with your sword. It should produce an item, try slashing a couple times if it just opens without the item.

Great job on this quest, HybridHyrule! It's very fun to play and also nice to look at. Noticed only one serious glitch for fixing--in the desert area there's a small pond where some stairs appear after blowing the whistle, but once down the stairs there's a mess. I ended up in a wall.

Okay now I am at the series of bosses to end the game. I think I need the red ring because in the first room the 100 head gleeok is just destroying me with all that fire. Any help to where it is would be appreciated.

Try link's house for the red ring.
I have 20 hearts and have beaten all 8 levels, now I'm headed through Ganon but there is a house by the Forgotten Aguaduct that I can't access because of the rock and yellow obstacle blocking by way. How do I access that area? Also, how do I access the witches hut in the overworld? I can't find a way in there.

Is the lens in the quest? I haven't found it.

NEVERMIND...I finished the quest without visiting the huts and the lens. I may have missed some items.

OK- first some stuck issues:

LEFT: If you come down from the top screen you get stuck in the trees and can't get out unless you F6->CONT
RIGHT: If you hookshot across at the wrong one, you get the same type of stuck issue. F6->CONT

COMBO TYPE:

Tile where Link is, to the left, and to the right as well, need to be set as overhead or put on correct layer.

Now onto my problem:

How in the *explecitive self-deleted* do I get past this stupid room. All of the conflicting conveyor combos confuse ZC so much that I get stuck in the center horizontal line. I then have to press UP to go Left, DOWN to go Right. Left and Right do not work. And then if you get so far with UP and DOWN as L/R (going left) then NOTHING works. It then makes you start WALKING left and nothing you push will stop Link and you get zapped to that warp room as far away as possible from this room. Believe me, this isn't my first time messing with conveyors and such, but it is messing up ZC, not me. And when it messes ZC up, it makes it so that I can't do anything to get past it. I'm trying to do this quest WITHOUT any cheat codes so just telling me to use CHEAT 4 + F11 will probably just make me quit. CHEATS are only good for testing purposes in my opinion.

Thanks for the input Jerome. I fixed those small stuck issues, and onto your problem:

You probably wouldn't believe that that room was much harder at one time! I know the conveyors are all wacky but there is a formula to pass this room. If you get right up against the right side of the bottom Left whirlpool. You can shoot between the two with a quick press to the left as you move up. Basically, it was meant for you to fail a couple times but hopefully not get you to frustrated.

I will adjust some of the conveyors so they aren't as unpredictable.

I'll give it a shot and not be a quitter. If it'd been possible to make the direct warps 1 tile instead of 2x2 then it'd be better to get through on conveyors. You left only a single tile width to get through 2 direct warps, more than just a little difficult.

The large boulder near the lake dock disappears when you use the map.

From what I know, that seems to be a bug with 2.10, not the quest. In CQA: all grown up, you could do that and make a bridge appear, but you coldn't walk across it until you actually triggered the secret to make it actually appear.

What a great quest so far. I've made it through the first 4 levels, but now I'm stuck at the fence in the graveyard staring at the entrance. Do I need the wand? and if so, where might I find it. Please help!!

In the NW area of the graveyard there is a Manhandla, kill him to remove the stone blocking the wand. Then go back more to the West maze area to get to the wand.

And you have to TOUCH the magic ball with the wand to trigger it, not just the magic. I ran out of magic doing that.

Where is the Golden Arrow? I need it to kill some final guys I know, but no luck finding it. nevermind, found it on my own

You may want to take a look at your exits from Ganon's conversation screens. If you go down on some of them, you end up in Black Screen Land. Check it out. I'm also going to PM you a few bug screens as well when I get a moment.

Thanks again Jerome for playtesting, you found some real tricky things to spot. I'd like to add you to the credits if possible after the quest is posted on the site. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun on submitting it (2 days ago), so I will include those fixes in a very early update. Hope you liked it besides those few bugs.

Any chance Eight Lands will get featured quest of the month???
