I sort of tried to explain it up top, but I'll go through it again since I was on my phone... what you're going to want to do is use code blocks, like this:
[code]script goes here[slashcode]
Just replace "slash" with an actual slash and you're good to go. You can even put it in hidden tags if you format the bbcode like this [hidden=script].
