And sorry to go ALL CAPS on you, but I just was really irritated.
You have 3 posts...I think it's safe to say you have no clue what you are talking about so just read the rules and keep in line.
OR I'LL SHOOT YOU IN THE FACE!!!
Just kidding...that's just some sick twisted joke that me and my friends carry on with each other, that we're going to do something violent to person X...in the face.

1. Major: Game stopping, can't go one with this.
2. Minor: Not as serious; you can still finish the game.
3. Graphical: Tiles don't line up, or any other vissual anomalies.
4. Warp: A warp doesn't function properly.
5. Misc.: Any other small bug that effects anything aspect of the game.

It's the most thorough method of working out your quests bugs.

Apparently he had testers test it, he tested it himself, and yet there are still major bugs that players have found!
My suggestion would be is this: Once your first wave of testers has gone through your quest, go through it yourself. And when you feel like all bugs have been worked out: HIRE A SECOND WAVE OF TESTERS! Seriously, some new eyes to the quest could bring out bugs the previous wave of testers may have grown used to. Also, test it yourself once more along with your second wave.
And if you are still unsure, don't feel afraid to hire a third wave (test it again with them too). Its much better than making constant updates to the quest database after release.
This is a tactic we're employing with Lost Isle so we're damn sure all bugs are worked out. We do not want players to find a SINGLE bug with this quest.
