Seriously, is the rule that it must be able to hold something? The definition of "bandolier" is a belt worn over the shoulder that has small loops or pockets to hold ammo cartridges. Plus, all the other words hold something (bird cage, water tank...).
In that case, I can bring a cerealbowl, right?
