I ended up voting for Yoshidude. It reminds me of one of the village screens from Oracle of Seasons.

Dawnlight has an amazingly sexy palette. Despite the screen being relatively empty, his layout makes it work. 'Nuff said.
EDIT: Your amazingly sexy palette has one problem. I'd recommend making the trees a less rich colour of green. Just ever so slightly though.

Dawnlight - 8/10
A well designed screen with some nice extra touches, such as the tree shadowing and a nice subscreen. My vote.
William - 7/10
Another gameboy winter screen that I like. Works well, but not interesting enough to be my favorite of the three.
Yoshidude - 7/10
Also pretty good, as I think it works well too. Certainly well done for something to get a contest going, as it is in good taste. The only thing bothering me is that those blue cliff edges would look better if they were recolored so that it would blend in better with the rest of the screen, rather than look like neon lighting.

I voted for Dawnlight's. Like Ornlu said, it is somewhat empty, but it has plenty of detail. Simply beautiful!
The other two didn't exactly catch my eye, but they definitely weren't bad either!

Well I didn't submit one of my awesome GB shots, but I only entered this one to get the contest started, I mean I knew I would lose anyway with Dawnlight in the contest.

It's a solid GB shot. I'd tone down the colors, though. Also, I don't like the path of stone. I, personally, think it contrasts with the grass too much. Although, this is a personal preference. Come to think of it, I guess this screen is good enough to be a 6.5/10.
