Link in a forest...How original.

Darts are pointy. Pigs are the source of bacon. Pie is tasty. Music is fun to listen to. You can relate to that, why not vote for the damn shot?
Dawnlight
Who said Pure was too Plain?
Thanks for participating, and enjoy!

Hardly any detail, very open, no.
T. Platinum
Plants and stones aren't blue. Ever. Or octopuses, but they don't matter.
Anyways, even if there weren't blue plants, it would be a pretty bad shot. No detail for the grass, just ground detail, and I could tell you got really lazy and just slapped that rock on. Keep trying.
Lithium
I can relate to that!
TM
Nice shot, I like it. Just add some ripples in the water or something so it's more water-y.

T. Platinum: Looks nice, but the blue sticks out too much.
gray0x/Lithium: Nice GB graphics, but it's a little boring.
Dawnlight: Nothing wrong with the setup, and it has nice colors. Gets my vote.

gray0x/Lithium: Nice GB graphics, but it's a little boring.
perhaps some suggestions on how to make is less boring? that's a very pointless comment.
transparent water votes
...
Really, can't you give some ****ing critisism on at least 1 shot? You base your whole opinion on the whole contest because of transparent water. >.>

Alright BS screen. It's perfect for gameplay, but doesn't have anything that would make me vote for it.
T.Platinum:
Fine little Pure screen. The upper part is a little empty though... I thought about a road there, but it might not work... maybe an extra tree in the northest row and such?
gray0x:
Grayscale GB chapel. Nice and full.
Dawnlight:
Bright summer with transparent water. All I wish for is some slashables to spice gameplay up.
And my vote goes to... gray0x.

The other two shots use extremely dated tilesets (I hate seeing 4-year graphical errors that have since been remedied) and the areas they display are very sparse to begin with.

Dawnlight's is flashy and appealing, but it's a ZQuest shot and there are some small errors, two things I don't need to say about gray0x's. Gray0x also has the best flavor text. <3 Despite it being an extremely old-fashioned shot, I had to vote for gray0x.
It's not a Zquest Shot it's a gameplay shot with No Subscreen and Invisible Link.

It's not a Zquest Shot it's a gameplay shot with No Subscreen and Invisible Link.
Which is almost the same as a cropped ZQ shot... they'll both look the same unless there are enemies on the screen.
...
I'm voting for Gray0x, I'll give my C & C later, but for now, I need to go to school.

It's hard to pull off a great-looking BS shot. Sadly, this isn't. The screen design is quite flat and the details are sparse. On top of all that... its a .jpg. Never use a .jpg for ZC screenshots.
T. Platinum: 6/10
It's a bit better, but the tree placement feels unnatural and isn't very appealing.
gray0x: 7/10
It's thoroughly average. It may fit the setting, but hat doesn't make it an unduly good SotW. I don't think I would change anything, except to pick a better shot next time.
Dawnlight: 8/10
It's well designed and has a very appealing air about it. The transparent water is pulled off very well and the shot is good as a whole. The lack of any action brings it down, but it's still the best shot this week. Well done.
