Swing Set by Aaron

I made these when I was sick. The tiles were made under the Pure Tileset. The actual swing and the seat/swingers were made with different palettes. I used a boy and a girl tile from the Pure set and edited them so that they looked like they were swinging. It looks really cool animated.

These are what the switches/triggers are for.
Top left: Sword Switch (before hitting)
Top right: Sword Switch (after hitting)
Middle left: Sword Switch (before hitting)
Middle right: Sword Switch (after hitting)
Bottom left: False Armos (for puzzles or something; you'll know it's fake by the x on the shield)
Bottom right: Block Trigger (self explanatory, but just so you know it's the trigger you push the block on (flag 66))

These tiles are for classic tileset.

I've just started learning how to 3D model and this is my first render ( http://photos1.blogg...swrodrender.jpg for real pic).

I thought it might be good as a title background so I made a zc compatible version... although it doesn't look that great.
Sword Pedestal by Kanodaisuke
Updated: 10 Sep 2005 Posted: 10 Sep 2005 Tags: 16-color, Original, and 3 more Rating[?]: Rating: 3.25/5 (3 ratings) Information:
It's a custom sword pedestal i'm using for my game.It can be imported into the pure tile set.
The instuctions for layering are in the image, but I couldent get the swords right so you'll have to make your own(not hard just flip the sword stab animation), when you do the swords go on layer 5, and the item gets hidden under the two pedestals.

Also dont forget to make the red color transparent.

Tales of Symphonia Characters by Mr. Z
Updated: 19 Dec 2005 Posted: 19 Dec 2005 Tags: Original, Sprite Rating[?]: Rating: 4.5/5 (9 ratings) Information:
Ever wanted sprites of the playable Tales of Symphonia characters? Well, now you can!

They are completely custom drawn in Pure palettes (What else?) and use 4 different csets.
Kratos has only one shade of red in his hair because of color limitations. Same reason why Sheena's ... ribbonthing is red instead of pink.
In the right order: Lloyd, Colette, Genis, Raine, Kratos, Sheena, Zelos, Presea and Regal. Just so you know who is who.

Teepees!

These are ripped from a game called "Golden Sun", they can house that chief, shaman, or eccentric camper you have planed for your quest.

I'm not a stickler on style clashing but some of you may prefer the sort of cell shaded style of these for tilesets other than DoR.

I made sand, rock, and grass bases for these, as well as a shadow. The shadow is a transparent shape that goes on another layer, it has a kind of awkward shape, but works.

Sleep well. ;)

I entered these in a contest Mr.Z was having but he chose someone elses. I figured someone else might be able to use them. The a. frames for each half are 6 and the a. speed is 9. You will have to make to different sets for the animated versions. The tiles are organized already so all you have to do is set them up. They are Rip-Friendly to Pure and should fit in with cset 0. feel free to recolor them if you want. The words were just an extra. They can be used on maps or as a layer.
