I like Shane's screen. Even if it seems a bit bright, that's a very pretty palette. My vote went here.

To me, the competition is between Jared and Jared.

 

I'd really hate to hurt the feelings of one Jared, but I am going to have to choose Jared 523.  They both share what seems like the same set of screen design skills, but the edge goes to 523 for something that looks a tad more creative and has a nice coloration with the water.  It feels like one Jared from slightly in the future.  I hope I am not the only one with that vibe.

Anyways, it was so hard decide between Shane and Jared's 523 shot. Both of them were so good, but there can only be one winner. I'll have to go for Jared's 523 shot for being ever so slightly better than Shane's.

By the way, thanks for your constructive criticism! I absolutely agree that I should tone down the palette. Unfortunately, dark pastel palettes aren't usually my forte when it comes to making palettes, but once I get something going I might show off an updated version of the palette in the screenshot thread. I'm glad you like the colour scheme, this side project is planned to have a lot of unique palettes. Though I don't want to say it's a project yet, it could be me just doing typical things and Lost Historia is my main focus so I dunno.
