Uh... doesn't Pure Remembrance have an identical palette structure to the DoR tileset? ![]()

Yes, but many tiles are different. The shading on many of them are less detailed than Dance of Remembrance, and thus it distorts the colors in great amounts of ways.
Why don't you try to use DoR-specific palettes in PR? I can assure you they don't look right.

I took these screenshots from the default overworld palettes for both PR and DoR.

So yeah. There are slight differences, but the overall structure is identical except cset 2 and cset 4 have been flipped. Purple was also introduced instead of another brown. But then again, maybe the differences in color 1 of a few csets, the variations of the green, and that purple are enough of a difference to completely throw everything off? I honestly don't know since I don't have a ton of experience with either tileset, so I'll take your word for it. ![]()
I was mostly just wondering if this couldn't be combined with the DoR palette thread when I asked that. But now that I look at this a bit more, it seems it might be weird going from PR to DoR due to a few things, so it may be best to just leave this as its own thread. ![]()
Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part. Carry on.

Yes, even those small color differences can mess things up. Many things, actually.
Thank you for the apology, however. ![]()

A little late but I like to thank Moo2wo for finally allowing the public to use his beautiful palettes. I'm sure they won't go to waste either way. I will be sure to use them should I use Pure Remembrance for Screenshot of the Week or a future project... though that's highly unlikely nowadays. But again, great palettes. I have always admired them.
