If I can find transparent water tiles, then I'd stick with it.

EDIT: I came across the work in progress transparent water on DoR Tile set (never notice em before)
I been playing with em, they seem to work good in this map, more or less because the water looks like its actually moving.
edit: Fixed the little open spot between the falling part of the water)
after touching up a few tiles it looks quite good!
Fits perfectly!

I'd also like to ask if anyone knows a good detailed DoR made quest out there!
I'd like to look though it to get some idea's!

EDIT: I didn't like how the palette was looking so I am going to user summer for now.
If I can come up or find a better town palette then ill use that.
