For twitch.tv, i disable my adblocker for people who have partner and actually make money off it.
If ad's weren't annoying I'd keep it off more often but when I am watching lots of diff videos and there is a 30sec ad every time... just no.

I block as many ads as possible as well. I know it's unfair, but I'm just so jaded from this culture we've created where people are constantly marketing to us. There is just a barrage of ads when you turn on the TV or radio, when you go to the movies, in magazines, all over the internet, in stores over the PA system, etc. If I felt like I had any breathing room whatsoever from advertisers then I'd be a little more flexible, but I can only take so much.
You've pretty much hit the nail on the head for me. Ads like ProjectWonderful I can tolerate, but aside from that... eh. (Google text ads are fine as well, I guess, but iirc those are pay-per-click and I never click them anyway, so!) Flash ads are almost a surefire way to draw my ire. (Of course, I've generally stopped installing Flash and just using Chrome when something requires it, so.) Image ads... it depends. Some of them don't bother me much (but ones that have fake buttons, for example? ugh), but the majority from my experience just seem tacky and are something I wouldn't think of checking out.
Video ads are always going to be blocked. Like Hergiswi said, I see and hear the things enough already (and this is even without watching much television!), they're often the same type of thing, and they actually bog things down (as in, the ads NEVER stream smoothly, there's buffering when the actual content has none) for me. (And sometimes the ad players cause people issues, like on Twitch.) There's always the volume issues, too: the ads are almost always louder than the content, from my experience.
I dunno. There's very precious little advertising that doesn't get on my nerves something fierce these days. (I've seen some PW ads that have actually genuinely captured my interest! I like these.)
also:
Yes, occasionally you get those malware ads but hey, its like you getting sick. Just suck it up... too bad we can't use PC tools to fix our sickness.
This is something I'd generally rather try to avoid if at all possible. Why not take the precaution? You take precautions to prevent yourself from becoming ill, after all! (...Or at least, I'd hope.
)
(purezc's quoting is so weird now, I want my pure text posting interface back)

I use adBlock plus since i got annoyed by gametrailers showing me the same annoying 1min 30sec intel commercial that annoyed me the first before EVERY 30 second trailer i wanted to watch. That was enough since then i enjoy everything commercial free and block ALL ads

Maybe it's me but I'm okay with ads as long as they don't distract any of my sites I want to visit. If it's a YouTube ad, well, depending how long it is I will watch it. Usually they last 10 seconds, so it's not really much of a big deal like some people make it out to be. Also ads that pay sites for hosting their ads (I assume this happens) is a fair deal since it's like "thank you for hosting and supporting our existence."
What really annoys me is scam/stupid ads, not actual business ones
