I know this is an odd request but I've purchased MorphVOX Pro and it...well, it sucks. It was a complete waste of money and the only other alternative which could be better is 100 bucks. Not really willing to pay for that to 'act out' a character in a future Let's Play of mine which I'm putting on Youtube for FREE viewing. Yeah...so does anyone know of a program I can get for free to alter voices? As a hint, I'm trying to pull off being a Khajjit. Kudos to anyone who guesses that one. I've already bought one program to my disappointment, I'd rather not 'waste' money on another unless I know its good.

Have you thought about purchasing an actual voice modulator. They sale them at halloween stores usually.
