Hi, I am using a laptop and i have no numpad. Clicking my + and - buttons does not work.
Using the classic tileset and the latest version (2.5).

Welcome to PureZC!
1. Are you holding shift while you press those buttons? You shouldn't.
2. Do any other keyboard shortcuts work in ZQuest? For example, try pressing the 0-9 keys to change the palette.

Unfortunately there is a difference between the + / - buttons on the keyboard, and the + / - buttons on a numpad (ZQ considers them to be different buttons, as most programs do I think). So if you don't have a numpad you may not be able to use these shortcuts at all.

Well, since 2.5 (or maybe even 2.10.2?) it's been possible to use the -/+ buttons on the regular, NumPad-less keyboard. That was a problem for me a while back when I used 2.10, but it's fixed now.
Unfortunately that means I have no idea why it's not working for you.
