If they're meant for DoR, they don't really rip in properly.

I had a look at them in GraphicsGale, and they apparently don't use the same palette structure as DoR--or any tileset, actually, 'cause they're apparently using some generic 8-bit color palette. So you can't rip them straight into DoR without recoloring them. Did you save them in MS Paint? Because that might actually be the culrpit... MS Paint is terrible about screwing around and saving things in its own palette as opposed to leaving the palette of the image as-is. If you're gonna be doing sprite editing and want to be able to check if the palette actually fits the palette of another tileset, use
GraphicsGale. It won't mess with your palettes!
Also worth noting is that the tiles themselves aren't actually structured according to animation frames--meaning they have to be manually rearranged in the tile editor for them to be able to animate. That's a minor task, though.
They look pretty good in action, though! A small problem is that walking on a layered corner tile doesn't actually give you the shallow water ripple effect--that's pretty minor, though, because it's a corner tile so it's not that noticeable, and it's not like that's anything you have control over anyway.
