hello
first you have to go upper NW throught a maze ( ENWN ) in a cave to get the lens.
kill all monsters will open the way.
Crimson's Canyon is in center of the maze (level 1)
GQ's Grotto is at the far east (level 2)

You need it to finish Level 3 and to get other items from Level 1 and 2.

oh not yet.
done level 1 and 2 many times but did'nt found the raft.
Didn't pay close enough attention to the subject. I thought you were talking about the first Twitch quest.
I was giving directions for the first one, not the Lunatic version.
Can't help with this version of the quest, however I did download it and am trying to catch up.

To find Level 3, start at your usual "Known Lands" starting location and travel north twice, west three times, north, east. Then walk through the trees on the east side of the screen and you'll come out in a yellow area with a bunch of Armoses. Ignore those and walk through the center of the mountains on the north side of the screen. Bomb the big boulder here and you'll find Level 3. You can only access about a third of the level without the Ladder, but fortunately, it's the third with the Raft.
And incidentally, the Ladder is indeed in Level 4. You need to visit Level 3 for the Raft, then visit Level 4 for the Ladder, then go back to Level 3 to finish it. And you can't finish Level 4 on your first visit either - you need at least one other item from another place that you can't access without the Ladder.
POSSIBLE BUG: It appears that Level 3 contains too few keys to open all of its locked doors. Fortunately, one of the locked doors does not need to be opened, so this can be worked around. You need to grab a key from some other dungeon and bring it here (I grabbed a key from the "A Casual Path" mini-dungeon), but as long as you don't open one particular door in Level 3, you can finish the dungeon with 1 key remaining in your pocket. Which door to avoid? If you go straight south from the entrance, after a few rooms you'll find a dark room full of Gibdos and Red Bubbles with Statues shooting at you, and two locked doors - one east, one south. DO NOT OPEN THE SOUTH DOOR. Open the east door instead. As long as you bring an extra key from another dungeon, you'll be able to access all of the rest of the dungeon without ever opening that southern door.
I think this is a bug because when I reached the room on the other side of that not-to-be-opened locked door, the door WAS NOT LOCKED. It's only locked from one side, which smells to me like a bug.

...it was buried amongst a bunch of blocks in the northwest corner of the room, with no way for me to actually reach it. And there appear to be no pushable blocks there, no do any of my tools have any effect on anything in the room.
It seems the sword was supposed to appear in the top-center so it could be obtained. As things stand, the sword is unavailable - and I've encountered a number of blocks in other dungeons that require the Magical Sword to cut down (based on what the Lens of Truth is telling me). So without a bugfix, I'm going to have to call this quest broken. A shame.
EDIT: Turns out this is NOT a bug, but rather a purposeful decoy. I've since found the Magical Sword where it's actually hidden (and boy is my face red for completing two whole dungeon levels with the White Sword when I could have had it!). Plowing forward with the rest of the quest - I'm through 7 levels now and a mini-dungeon or three away from Level 8. It deserves more attention than it's getting, especially from those who like high-difficulty classic-style quests (c'mon folks, I know you're out there!).

However I will get the fix for level 3 up soon. Again I just may also tweak the Red Ring's trap just a bit or add a secret escape route from it to avoid a perma trap if you save there and can't defeat the bosses....
Also for those that are wondering both the Magical Sword and Master Sword were tweaked where sword beams do more damage and you can use beams at varying health percentages. Decided I'd give a fighting chance with the insane difficulty.

Looking forward to the fix! Also, might I suggest you take a look at fixing some of the continue bugs. There are areas where, if you continue (either after dying or after a fast quit), Link gets trapped in a corner of the screen and can't move. Land of Souls is where I first noticed it, but the most frustrating was in the spot where you get the Magical Boomerang - as there are Windrobes there, and if they get you, boom, you're trapped in the wall and have to retry (and if you save instead, there goes your file). Arek, I'll explore a bit, see if I can identify any other areas where the continue bug happens, and send you a PM with the list.
I've just completed the quest today, except for the third bonus dungeon (which I have found and is next on my list), and enjoyed it a lot once past those early-game hiccups. An updated version in the quest database will get a high review from me.
