My first quest is currently in progress. It is known as The Legend of Melda. It's a joke game, and there's a fifty fifty chance that the game will keep you laughing for hours. icon_smile.gif
Note: This topic is now a preview topic. The real topic of The Legend of Melda will come ASAP. Untill then, feel free to ask questions about the game. I will try to answer them. icon_biggrin.gif

Is it just me, or do no pictures work?

The pictures don't work for me too.

It seems like that ICL didn't put in the img tags at all.

he said in his post that he doesn't no how to take pictures in zquest. you take images in zquest by hitting z or going into extra tab and take snapshot is in there. unless thats not how you do it in 2.10 version what version are you using anyway?

To take a screenshot in the ZQuest editor, go to Etc->Take snapshot or simply press Z.

QUOTE
Be patient, Ice Cream Link... a good quest is made to be redone thousands of times

No. A good quest only needs to be made once. It just needs to be PLANNED first. Grab a pencil and paper and plan out all your maps, all your dungeons, all your warps, all your puzzles, all your items, all your enemies, etc. so that by the time you open up ZQuest all you need to do is build the screens. You might find the planning tedious, but it'll save you HEAPS of time in the long run. It's much faster to draw a screen on paper than in ZQuest, and if you need to scrap something and redo it it won't take you nearly as long - plus you won't lose your previous design if you decide you liked the old one better.

Why did you have to start over? And make sure you always keep a pencil and paper with you, especially in school like me so you can start a dungeon or an awesome puzzle screen icon_wink.gif
