I think I've found a glitch. I've seen let's plays where after completing level seven in the dark world they get the magic key; however, when I complete it, I get unlimited bombs, super bombs, and arrows. Am I doing something wrong?

That's intended. The "Infinite pockets" powerup also lets you have infinite Arrows, Bombs and Super Bombs.

Confirming that the magic key was removed from level 7. It still exists somewhere in the quest, but really isn't meant to be found.
