Nice! I already gave my thoughts on Skype but hey, why not do it again.

 

It's a pretty nice intro to the dungeons of the quest and it's a great way to get used to what the dungeons might feel like. So great job!

What always bugged me with how the MegaMan-style platforms are usually made in ZC is that there's no transition animation at all. Even the original MegaMan games had a least a couple frames where you could see them phase into place. If you were to have them fade in and out for just a couple frames, and the fade in transition be walk-through while the fade-out was solid, you'd be able to give the player a bit of a natural grace period between platforms.

Nice beta test video! Looks good.

 

One thing to suggest is to actually record your screen with screen capture software for your computer rather than video taping your computer with a camera. Using screen capture software would increase the quality of the video.

Aww dude, that's so awesome! I've always wanted to make a sideview quest, but the lack of a good sideview ladder script kept me from making one. What ladder script is that? The movement up and down ladders looks silky smooth!

Go ahead! I'm not currently working on a quest but it'd be very useful script for Koten Advanced. With properly-working sideview ladders, so many possibilities open up for sideview areas.
