Is there a way to do this? I'm trying to grab some Korok tiles I found into DoR Hybrid, but since all of their leaves are different colors and the 8-bit color picker gives me an heart attack just looking at it, it would be much easier if I could just recolor them to 8-bit while grabbing them rather than having to do it manually for each tile afterward.

Press Shift+R to recolor in 8-bit. Be aware that this will include the level palette and Link's CSet. Press 8 to grab as 8-bit without recoloring.

This is seriously a thing you can do? And here I was doing a complex song and dance in Gimp, copying the tiles into an image with a ZC palette...

I should display the hotkeys somehow, on the tiles editor pages. FWIW, I tend to grab the palette of the image, not make an image for a palette. It would be nice to add a grab palette option tot he tile editor grabber dialogue.

I'll need to consider these things, but I've enough to do at present.

Please delete. Left it in the browser buffer and forgot that I already posted.
