Sorry for no player and no subscreen. This is a conceptual screen.

I really like Demonlink's colors - however Zelda's castle entry gets stale time over time again.

Avataro

I am thinking of Mr. Gimmick somewhat.

Joelmacool12

Your graveyard looks ok, looks like original NES - no complaint actually.

bmc10011

I am looking at the trees above and i am thinking they need walkable over-layers of long tannish colored tree logs over as you enter underneath towards the cave.  You can also walk across over them from another angle without falling off perhaps from above/atops them both.

Also you can move behind the trees too another secret or two just to reach them at first.*

I voted Joelmacool12 as I liked the design and colours. Nothing unique, but aesthetically appealing, especially for a troll game. Demonlink came close second. I like his palette and design. A little on the cramp side, left-most flower placement is questionable and the mountains do look a bit odd. But overall? A good and solid screen, and is runner up.

Can't say much about the others. They look good and fun, but they weren't compelling. Still, good job everyone!

Avataro's screen reminds me of an old DOS game. I'm sold.

Pretty interesting week.

Avataro - This looks really neat! It kinda reminds me of those flash platformers you see all over the net. Good work.

Rocks4Free - Looks like an interesting village. My only complaint would be over to the top-left where there seems to be tile errors with the buildings. The lighter barriers seem to just cut off.

Joelmacool12 - A really solid Instrumentality shot. It looks pretty spooky and eerie for a graveyard, so good job there. Screen design is pretty great too!

bmc10011 - Well, it's pretty cool, though I dunno about the palette, maybe an overworld palette would work better rather than the OoA Maku Tree (I assume that's the palette). Either way, screen design isn't too bad at all.

Demonlink - This is a really awesome shot! I'll agree with Shane and say that it's a bit too cramped, but honestly, it still looks really good. I don't have any other complaints.

ZeldaPlayer - I like this overview shot, and it reminds me of Link's Awakening in some weird way. The clouds are a little odd though, maybe you should make them look more puffy rather than just rectangular platforms.

Overall, I voted for Joelmacool12 this week. Demonlink came in close second.

I'm gonna put my vote for Demonlink for this one. It has just enough to make a scene vibrant, but not too cluttered~
