Level 9 was exactly where I thought it would be.

Warning for people that played 1st time on Easy:

You cannot enter Level 9 on Easy so I guess it is time for me to restart on Normal!

How did you get past level 5

Took awhile but played it out.

My new adventure on normal I have sneaked around and I got the note, whistle, raft, ladder, blue ring, 4/5 overworld heart containers all before beating level 2!

There are four paths to start out in 5:

One is left/left, which leads to the Letter

Second is left/up, which you can't go because of the red Gohma.

Third is up, which is locked

Fourth is bomb right, which leads to a key.

Get the key to the right, then unlock the path up.  Whistle in a room full of Keeserobes and you'll pick up the bow.

Enjoy!

-James

There are no Keeserobes in any of the rooms I can reach.

Ugh, PZC board is URL only and DropBox took down their public folder.......

I would've posted the Lv. 5 map if I had access.

from start from level 5 go Up, Up, Right and whistle there for the bow.  If you cannot get through just go buy a key for 100 which I did when I started replaying on normal it helped getting some things faster.  It too me only 2 days and like 2 hours of play to get to level 7 now.

Just remember: "Whistle Why You Work" there is many rooms to whistle in, most of them are obvious, some are not.

Where is the third sword.

Been through L7 with white one but it's very challenging!

I am stuck in Level 10 now, I think I need the book...pretty sure it is not in Level 10 or 9 and have fear I missed it on the overworld or something.  Am I correct that the room with the bush I need that item?

I also found a ZC bug while playing back through on Normal...kinda hilarious...

Yes, you need the Magic Book.

The Magic Book is in Level 9.  Old Secrets Die Hard.  Look for secrets in new ways.

Ahh I remember bombing there on Easy and it didn't open.  But man that was a tough last dungeon.  Finally completed on Normal...lets see what next skill leads to.
