LinkTheMaster and Nick. I'm pretty sure they were actually who ran the site some before he passed, too, but I'm not completely sure.

I would assume the PZC Administrators such as TS, Aevin, LTM, DCEnygma, and Nick.
Also, doesn't the title of this thread sound a little disrespectful to Wild Bill?

Well, that's a pretty blunt (and rude) name for a topic if I ever saw one.

Sorry, I don't want to be rude. Will Bill was a great man for making this website.

Perhaps you shoudl rename the topic to something like "Who runs the site now?".

I'd say The Satellite, he's the most active admin on this site.

Uhm, did you all forget my announcement? PUNY MORTALS, I RULE OVER YOU.

Officially it's LinktheMaster who owns the site now, with Nick as his right-hand handyman with the duct tape or something.
And TS is the maid one who gets drinks for all the other admins!

Yeah. Not just any duct tape. It's fancy, sparkly gold duct tape.

There is a link at the bottom of every page, that lists the present staff, and their positions. I believe that LtM owns the domain, and probably the service contract, and this is the SysOp. Those marked as Administrator are next in the hierarchy; although some of them may also qualify as SysOps.
I should note, that there is no discrete SysOp category in the listing. Perhaps it would be good to list SysOp positions, with a specific status, in the future? It's actually good to do this, be ause site software/hardware concerns can only be handled by SysOps.
Ownership seems to be more of a panel, than one single person.
With regards to other staff: In general, Moderators, and forum assistants, are responsible for thread content concern; while DB staff, and assistants, are responsible for handling acceptance of database submissions, broken into groups by genre. Other types, should be self-explanatory, although I'm uncertain what the Contributors group represents.
Yeah. Not just any duct tape. It's fancy, sparkly gold duct tape.
You know... I could make that.
What does 'Contributors' mean, in context with site 'staff', while we're on the subject?
P.S. A rare occasion, where coloured text has some meaning.

@ZoriaRPG
"The Contributors group is a group consisting of people who are not a part of the PureZC Staff Team nor are ZC Developers, but offer other specific contributions, such as running contests, for instance." ~ PureZC FQA Thread
