Wow. I'm surprised that CQA hasn't made this list. I've heard from several people how hard they found my quest to be.
However, Armegeddon Quest is definitely the top.

Probably New Quest 2 Kaizo IMO. It features a lot of crazy stuff, and was one of my first stabs at challenge with newer enemies. I threw in the towel at 7.
Someone else's quest besides mine, probably LoH. It hands Gleeok his ass, and he's arguably ZC's best player.
