I think you should better search for fitting tiles from other games. Similiar graphics like DoR and same measures identical to ZC. If you then ask for help to get them into DoR (grabbing, organizing, palette) someone might volunteer. But to create such tiles from scratch... We should only have few members here capable of doing so and I think even for them it would be multiple days of hard work (it will be rather months instead of days since they have also other things to do) and I doubt anyone is willing to offer so much of their free time.

I think the size is good and the style could be bearable with DoR, but I am not sure ZC can handle the amount of color shades (I don't really know much about palettes myself though). Also you have rather complete images instead of tiles only, it would be preferable to have only single tiles like below the last two linked images. So far the colors allow it, it might be possible to create the needed palette and to rip the images as whole into it. That will use up a lot of tilespace though and will be impractible. The better way would be to break up the image to make a tileset, but that is actually again a lot of tedious and time intense work.

I really don't want to discourage you but I think you underestimate a bit how much work spriting is. In other words I kind of intended to say I don't think anyone will answer this topic so you might think about an alternate. Though it might be possible someone already has or knows similiar tiles and is OK with sharing them with you.
