hey guys is it possible to script items with zasm. If it is I need a slingshot script. I asked master of power but I heard he only does zscript and I like zasm better so If someone could script a slingshot please

you don't even NEED a script. Just make the Level 1 bow the slingshot, and the level 2 bow the Fairy bow. If you are using a recent build, just make more items.

but I want to use the other bows so If you could script the slingshot as a new item in zasm that'd be great

What version are you using?

Slingshot= Level 1 Bow

Bow = Level 2 Bow

(more bows) = higher level bows

Also, I don't know how to script

Yeah you must be using 2.5 since you are asking for scripts so just use Majoras idea. All the slingshot is in any game is just a watered down bow.

Dude, seriously. Use capitalization and punctuation. You're fourteen. It isn't that hard to actually spell things out with capitalization and punctuation! And don't use different fonts. The default is good enough.

Otherwise, I think it would be fun to make an aim-able slingshot/bow. (instead of it just firing out straight in front of you.) If you don't want it to be aim-able, then just use the item editor.

What? Do you mean like the one in OoT? Because I really can't see how that would translate into 2D.

I don't see what's so bad about ZScript. That's all I do too, BTW.

EDIT: I don't think anyone besides RevFan9 uses Zasm anymore, but he's perma-banned.

Because zscript looks much more difficult, and by the way it would be awesome if there were some way that I could have an aimable slingshot that'd be freakin cool. Oh and if that is absolutely out of the question than someone mind scripting me a deku baba? if its possible script both if you can. I have the deku baba sprites and the slingshot sprites.
and yes like in oot snarwin. My game supposedly takes after oot and mm but before the flood and ,well I'll post the storyline somewhere, anyway it would transfer fine if there was a possible script. besides this is only the beginning of items. I'll have--- you know what I'll pm the list to someone and have them post it.
one of the items will be a skullkids flute that plays saria's song.

and about the bad grammar and different font I'm normally a sloppy typist and i'm testing different BBcodes.

Wait if you aren't the one scripting it then why do you care if they do ZScript or ZASM? It's not like it's any harder after the script is completed.
