Not too long ago i watched NJF's video for EotM including his personal Mini-Me (http://www.purezc.ne...showtopic=71922) and I had a really dumb idea - how about making a quest intended to be played with a little kid, a short miniquest that is enjoyable for both. Like really silly jokes that little kids enjoy und you also have to laugh about them since you know how the kid will react when you read it out loud. I had something in mind like the kid has to actually use the items (A- and B-Button, never more than two items at a time, like at the end of the dungeon Link gets tired and falls asleep and the next morning he realizes the last dungeons item was taken from him.) for the kid's joy and a challenge for the parent.

I first planned to just forget about that idea, but in the end I think it could be fun to make such a quest with others and to balance it gameplay- and difficulty-wise for both kid and adult.

I seem to recall a member a long time ago who made a series of quests for his kids. I think it's called Child's Quest.

The reason I still brought this up even though I find the idea myself rather dumb is that I think making such a quest with others could be fun. Not because there is really a need for such a quest. Mainly because making such a quest should be rather relaxing (you do bring in the typical elements of ZC, but keep them simple for once instead of trying to use them in a way to stand out) and it includes thinking out of the box. For example, one "puzzle"-idea I have includes a guy telling you that adults are not allowed to look in rooms with blue blocks and because of that the kid has to give the direction in these rooms to walk around the blocks to the door on the other side. These kind of things are based on playing with someone else and make normally no sense, exactly because of that the making of such a quest should be really interesting because you do it from a completly different point of view than you usually do.
