Mental Health is always overlooked in circles. Why do people seem to not worry too much about mental health? I know Physical health is important, but mental health is just as important, if not even more. In a world where we’re all struggling, many of us don’t realize how poor our mental health is, and as someone who has struggled with low self-esteem for years. my mental health had deteriorated. Well I’m going to do something to fix my mental health and that’s by changing some things. I stopped doing things that brought down my psyche and started finding ways to improve it. It’s important to get myself out of the darkness and into the light because, you have no idea how important it is for my mental health to be good. I am ready for college but I need to make sure my physical and mental health are good, in addition to exercising more. The past 9 days have been exhilarating but I’m not stopping there. I want to be as mentally healthy as possible. I’ve cut ties with those who brought me down and now it’s time to continue to improve myself as a person. I love you all and I care about you all. You will see a new side of me you’ve never seen before this year. Someone who is striving to be their very best every single day, hour, minute, second. I CAN DO IT!
In closing, pay attention to your mental health. The better your mental health, the better you’ll feel. The worse your mental health, the worse you’ll feel and it will lead you to more depression. It’s very important to keep close tabs on your mental health at all times. Be strong. ~Mike
