i know you can do the door thing for rooms, but i have manually placed shutters in different spots (im not making a traditional NES style dungeon). how do i make them work? do they work on their own? i havent tested it yet, but i dont think it would because the tiles doesnt have any flag or extra thing on it... im using a tileset if that matters, but i am positive im using the shutter doors.
how do i do shutters?

If you want shutters that push you into the room then close, you'll need to use a script (though several exist). If you just want shutters that are closed until enemies are killed or secrets are triggered (but don't shut behind you or anything), you can just place secret flags on them (Flags 16 through 32), and set the secret combos (F5) to the open door combos.
